The way Americans put punctuation in the wrong place in sentences involving quotation marks. "If the punctuation isn't part of the quote, then it goes outside of the punctuation", like this. Americans would put that comma inside the quote for some reason, as though the speaker had paused for breath, and that this was somehow important.
The word 'parenthesis'. It's made up.
Wrongly used Title Case. Look at this rubbish from a website about writing, in an article about title case:
Criminal.
Ambiguity/unspecificity. yeah
Poorly organised lists.
